Kitchen Conversion Tables

In some recipes you will be given a measurement that you will need to convert.  Instances could include weight from ounces to grams or size from inches to centimeters as in the example of pan sizes.

Also there is a table that shows equivalent conversions of commonly used kitchen measures. Don’t have a measuring cup, but have measuring spoons, use the equivalent measure table.

These reference tables can save you time and needless frustration.
