Country style Dijon mustard and white pepper are blended with the cream cheese to form a thick sauce to coat the pasta.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 pound uncooked dried elbow macaroni<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Butter<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>4 cups milk<\/li>\n<li>2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons country-style Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 to 1\/2 teaspoon white pepper<\/li>\n<li>16 ounces Cheddar Cheese, cubed 1\/2-inch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Topping Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup fresh bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons Butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, melt 1\/2 cup butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in flour.\u00a0 Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and bubbly (1 minute).<\/li>\n<li>Add milk, cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened (3 to 4 minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Stir in cooked macaroni and cheese.
